Yoga

Margaret Lillis, Diploma in Hatha Yoga YTTC, Certificate in Radiant Child Yoga RCY and a Diploma in Holistic Massage ITEC.

Margaret began practicing yoga in 2009 and through regular practice found that one can work towards balance of body, mind and breath.  I completed my 200hours Hatha Yoga training in May 2016 to share its benefits with others. I instruct in both Hatha and Restorative classes.

Beginners Hatha Yoga Class on Tuesday 6.30pm. This gentle class explores the classic postures, focus on stability, alignment, extension and openness. Breath exercise and class concludes with relaxation.

Hot Detox Yoga & Beginners Yoga with Martina Cunningham

Hot Yoga on Wednesday morning at 9.15am  involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures done in a heated room – a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. It strengthens and tones, improves posture, and releases tension.

Beginners Yoga for men and women a gentle yoga class on Tuesday mornings at 9.30am.

Reflexology, Yoga & Baby Massage

All of the body’s systems have related zones on the feet. Reflexology uses this with a special massage technique on the feet, which stimulates the whole body via the nervous system, stimulating circulation and normalizing the body functions in the process. It is especially appropriate for reducing stress levels and is suitable treatment for all ages.
