Next week Pilates Classes are starting again in the Cork Therapy Centre on the 13th April and the following week on the 18th April.
The instructors in Pilates are Chartered Physiotherapists Karen Quinn MISCP. and Charlene Hyland MISCP.
The classes are run on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7pm and 8pm. €80 for 6 classes please call the clinic on 021 4384882 to book a place.
