Pilates Classes starting again next week. Men & Women €120 for 8 weeks.

Instructed by Chartered Physiotherapists Sean McKenna & Damien Murphy.

Monday: 10am, 11 am, & 8.15 pm.
Tuesday: 6pm & 7pm.
Wednesday: 6.15 & 7.15pm.
